The Sunday Cottage is a reference for the small weekend cottages built by German Immigrants in Central Texas during the mid to late 1800's. They'd work all week on the farm or ranch and then come to town on Saturday to shop, go to church and visit with friends. Many central Texas towns have Sunday Houses.
Our Sunday Cottage is a one Bedroom, one Bath, 720 sq. ft. Cottage with a Fireplace. The Cottage has a complete Kitchen with a Breakfast Bar, The Laundry Room is equipped with a Washer and Dryer. The Dining - Living - Kitchen area is an open concept.
The Bedroom has a King Size Bed.
This Cottage has two porches: one in the front overlooking the drive and one in the back with a view of the pond. The Sunday Cottage is very private and cannot be seen from any other building on the property.
As with all our properties, all utilities are included: electricity, DishNet, trash, water, lawn care.
